Solar Cooling for the World
Can it cool my whole house?
Yes it can. A Solar-Polar system can cool a whole house or even a small industrial unit. Solar-Polar units provide 200Watts of cooling per unit. The units are designed to join together to size the cooling system to the individual cooling needs of each building. For example, a home requiring a 3kW cooling load would require 15 Solar-Polar units.
Will it work on flat or pitched roofs?
Yes. The Solar-Polar system will work on either a flat or pitched roof, it will even wall mount.
What electrical components are there?
None. No electrical bits at all!
How will the system work at night?
The Solar-Polar units have a patented thermal storage system that allow them to continue cooling even after the sun goes down.
